Information on service provider

The Dynaway EAM application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) is provided by and licensed from DYNAWAY A/S, a limited liability company incorporated in Denmark under business nr. 25309103 and with its registered address at Alfred Nobels Vej 27, DK- 9220 Aalborg Øst, Denmark (Dynaway).

Dynaway has no access to you application data or MS Business Central data

Dynaway has no access to the Dynaway EAM application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) and Dynaway has thus no access to any data, including also personal data, that our customers process in Business Central via our Dynaway EAM application.

Access to Business Central data via Dynaway EAM

Data, including personal data, stored in MS Business Central may be accessed through the Dynaway EAM application in accordance with the permissions granted to each individual user by the customer. No user of the Dynaway EAM application will thus have access to any MS Business Central data not included in the permission customer has defined for the individual user.

 

Dynaway access to statistic data

Dynaway will receive data and information on customer use of the Dynaway EAM application from Microsoft in anonymous form. Such data includes headcount for number of individuals accessing the Dynaway EAM application, number of assets recorded in the application and the number of workorders recorded in the application.

We use the information for calculating the licensee fee the customer shall pay for the use of our application.

We also use the information for recording how our application is used by a customer which we use for the general development and improvement of the application and for specific support and guidance to the individual customer.

What personal data Dynaway collect and for what purpose

When signing up for the Dynaway EAM application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) service, Dynaway collects customer name and contact information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number for the customer’s contact person(s).

For such information Dynaway becomes data controller.

The information is processed for the purpose of administering the customer relation, for contact to the customer in relation to promotion, advertising, service and support.

The legal basis for the processing is GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests pursued by the controller).

Information that we have obtained for the purposes described above may also be processed by Dynaway for compliance with the laws and regulations to which Dynaway is subject in connection with the operation of our company or to fulfil various reporting or disclosure obligations under applicable laws and regulations (article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

If Dynaway sells all or part of our business or sells or transfers our assets or otherwise is involved in a merger or transfer of all or a substantial part of our business, Dynaway may transfer your information to the party or parties involved in the transfer as part of this transaction where permitted under Danish law (article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Finally, Dynaway may process your personal data in order to enforce or defend our or any third party's legal or legitimate interests where necessary, legal and proportional (article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Where the contact person(s) requests service through the Dynaway ticket system, personal data may be transferred to third countries on basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your personal data is stored no longer than is necessary to meet the purposes for which it has been collected. When your data is no longer necessary, we will ensure that it is deleted in a safe manner.

Sharing your data with others

Dynaway may disclose your personal data internally within the EG group and to other suppliers and/or service providers in connection with the general operation of our business.

Dynaway may also disclose your personal data to a public authority in situations where we are specifically bound to disclose your personal data in accordance with the laws and notification obligations to which we are subject.

In general, the legal basis for the sharing of your data is GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests pursued by the controller).

Your rights as data subject

As a data subject, you have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Please contact us if you want to exercise your rights.

Your rights also include the following:

Right to access: You have the right to gain access to the personal data we process about you.

Right to rectification: You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected and incomplete personal data completed.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased prior to the time when we normally delete it.

Right to restriction of processing: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you are entitled to restricted processing, we will from that time on only process the data – with the exception of storage – with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest.

Right to objection: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances – and always if the processing is for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this personal data from one data controller to another.
