PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER (DENMARK OFFICE)

Partner Success Manager to drive sales and support global reselling partners in EMEA & APAC.

At Dynaway, we are currently executing an ambitious growth acceleration plan and are looking for a competent and dedicated Partner Success Manager who is passionate about selling value-adding business solutions through an accomplished reseller channel.  

 
Employment: Full-time 
Location: Aalborg, Denmark 
Reports to: Business Development Director 
Travel: Minimum 10-20 days/year 


The position as a Partner Success Manager 


This career opportunity primarily focuses on enabling and driving sales through our trusted and valued reselling partners by educating on our products, services, and how to sell Dynaway’s software products. We are currently working with over 100 reselling partners across the globe and are looking to expand our footprint significantly.


Your day-to-day tasks will include: 

  • Managing partner and stakeholder relationships to ensure continuous sales and staying top-of-mind
  • Driving and coordinating sales and marketing activities with partners to generate new sales leads
  • Ensuring partners are sufficiently enabled to position and sell Dynaway software to customers
  • Engaging and assisting partners in sales meetings and product demonstrations to customer prospects
  • Growing the partner channel by proactively engaging relevant partner prospects
  • Representing Dynaway at relevant conferences and events to attract new partners and customers

To support our continuous, global growth, we are searching for a Partner Success Manager to join our US-based organization. You will report directly to the Sales Director and will work closely together with other Partner Success Managers in Dynaway's commercial organization.

Your most important responsibilities will be to: 

  • Build and manage existing partner relationships to ensure continuous sales.
  • Grow the partner channel by proactively engaging relevant partner prospects.
  • Drive sales and marketing activities with partners to generate new sales leads.
  • Ensure that partners are sufficiently enabled to position and sell Dynaway software to customers.
  • Assist partners in sales meetings and product demonstrations to customer prospects.

To support our continuous, global growth, we are searching for a Solution Engineer to join our US-based organization. You will report directly to the Sales Director and will work closely together with especially Partner Success Managers in Dynaway's commercial organization.

The Dynaway Presales Team


Globally, Dynaway goes to market with +100 reselling partners, who work together with end-users to cover their software needs for business-critical processes. Our commercial team is primarily responsible for driving sales success through our reselling channel. Secondarily, our team is also involved in sales cycles directly with end-users of our software. 


As a Solution Engineer, you play a critical role in our cooperation with reselling partners as well as in dialogues directly with end-users. You will be an integral part of the sales process and will focus primarily on presales-related activities such as product demonstrations to prospective, and existing end-users. 


Job position

Your most important responsibilities will be to: 

  • Drive general product demonstrations of our software for prospective end-users – most of which will be conducted online.
  • Lead feature-specific deep dives for prospective, and existing end-users based on their unique business processes.
  • Take part in digitizing the customer buying experience.
  • Prepare documentation to facilitate smooth, internal communication about ongoing cases.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and tendencies to relevant, internal stakeholders.

 

You must meet the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in an associated, relevant field.
  • Experience working in a sales or or consulting role – ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Ability to simply communicate business value based on complex technological solutions.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, especially on meetings with partners and end-users.
  • Possess a proactive mindset and a "can-do-attitude".
