Dynaway is hiring a Consultant to lead software implementations, train partners and users, and support projects from Tampa, FL.

For more than 25 years, Dynaway has been exclusively focused on Enterprise Asset and Maintenance Management (EAM) solutions built for Microsoft Dynamics platforms. We are asset and maintenance management experts and widely considered the industry leader in our field.
To support continuous global growth, we are searching for a Consultant to join our US-based organization. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with Dynaway's commercial organization to expand our partner and customer base.
Globally, Dynaway goes to market with +100 reselling partners. We primarily sell and deliver through our partner network, and we are also frequently involved in projects directly with end-users.

As a subject-matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will lead installation and configuration of Dynaway’s software for end-users and act as the go-to resource for reselling partners for technical coaching and solution-specific education. You may occasionally participate in presales engagements and provide technical after-sales support.

As part of our team in Aalborg, you’ll work with international customers and innovative technologies to create real business value. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our customers maximize the benefits of our solutions and achieve their goals.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to maximize the value of Dynaway’s solutions. Your primary focus will be to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support customers in achieving their asset and maintenance management objectives.
Acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure long-term customer success, growth, and expansion across a defined customer portfolio.
We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with a customer-first mindset.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics® 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage but not a requirement.
