The Dynaway Professional Services Team

For more than 25 years, Dynaway has been exclusively focused on Enterprise Asset and Maintenance Management (EAM) solutions built for Microsoft Dynamics platforms. We are asset and maintenance management experts and widely considered the industry leader in our field.

To support continuous global growth, we are searching for a Consultant to join our US-based organization. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with Dynaway's commercial organization to expand our partner and customer base.

Globally, Dynaway goes to market with +100 reselling partners. We primarily sell and deliver through our partner network, and we are also frequently involved in projects directly with end-users.

How You Will Make a Difference

As a subject-matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will lead installation and configuration of Dynaway’s software for end-users and act as the go-to resource for reselling partners for technical coaching and solution-specific education. You may occasionally participate in presales engagements and provide technical after-sales support.

Job Position

Your most important responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver implementation, installation, and configuration projects.
  • Enable reselling partners to effectively promote, sell, and service Dynaway’s solutions.
  • Provide end-user training to maximize usage and experience with Dynaway’s solutions.
  • Serve as a global subject-matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Contribute to the ongoing customer experience across touchpoints with existing customers.

Requirements

You must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated, relevant field.
  • Experience in a consulting role within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
  • Ability to clearly communicate business value based on complex technological solutions.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, especially in meetings with partners and end-users.
  • Excel at close collaboration with colleagues on projects and accounts.

As part of our team in Aalborg, you’ll work with international customers and innovative technologies to create real business value. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help our customers maximize the benefits of our solutions and achieve their goals. 

Your Role: Drive Customer Success 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to maximize the value of Dynaway’s solutions. Your primary focus will be to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support customers in achieving their asset and maintenance management objectives. 

Acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure long-term customer success, growth, and expansion across a defined customer portfolio. 

Job Position: 

Your most important responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers of varying size and complexity throughout their Dynaway journey, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop a solid functional understanding of Dynaway’s software and clearly articulate its business value to customers.
  • Establish credibility and trust as a business advisor through proactive and structured customer engagement in the form of regular business reviews.  
  • Identify early signs of customer dissatisfaction and take mitigating actions to prevent churn.
  • Systematically collect, structure, and analyze customer feedback and insights, and effectively communicate these to product management and development teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Dynaway software and services in close collaboration with Sales. 

Your Profile: A Trusted Advisor 

We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with a customer-first mindset.

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a software-focused organization.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships, including at executive level.
  • Proactive, consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey both technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience including fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility to support an international customer base and motivation to explore and apply emerging AI trends.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics® 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage but not a requirement.
