- Advanced asset management
- You can now get more value out of your task checklists. Checklist actions and
checklist review for task checklists have been added. This enables the automation of
creating maintenance requests or work orders from the result of checklists for tasks.

- Contractor Management
- You can now set up Email communication with contractors. You set up a query for work orders related to contractors and then Emails are sent to the contact person. Once Email has been sent, contractors can then reply with updates such as work is completed. You can also set up an AI agent which can automatically update the lifecycle state of work orders, attach images and updates notes from contractors.
- Maintenance Strategy
- We have introduced a new interval type for your maintenance plan lines. The purpose for the interval type is to set up preventive maintenance for heavy vehicles. The main functions of the interval type are:
- Counter based only
- Adjusts all maintenance schedules in relation to latest completed work order, meaning if latest work order was done early or late, then the other maintenance schedule lines will also be moved forward or later.

- Mobile
- We have a new mobile user called Operator. With operator you have access to logbook, tasks and maintenance requests. This replaces the old mobile user type for tasks.

- You can now add measurements for your task checklists. This enables you to update asset counter values from tasks.

- Work execution:
- On-hand item search: We have updated the item search to be able to only search in on-hand items, and based on module configurations automatically filter to the desired site and warehouse - these filters can also be changed by the user.
- Task Checklist Overview: You can now see a checklist overview of a task list similar to the checklist overview of work orders. The task checklist overview is available on saved searches of tasks as well as tasks related to an asset.
- Lifecycle state change validation: While online, when updating lifecycle of a work order, the user will now be informed if the change violates any validations set up in D365 instead of having to wait for the update to go to D365 and possibly be
cancelled.
- Scheduling board:
- Context menu: We have introduced a context (right-click) menu to scheduled cards and planning notes. This gives the planner quick access to actions such as: Unschedule, Split, Open in D365 and more.
- Planned absence: We now show and work with planned absence. If a worker has planned absence set up in D365, events from there will be shown on the Scheduling board and effect the available capacity of the worker.
- Performance and layout: We have improved performance in loading and displaying data. We have also improved read-only mode display to show more in a more compact manner, and the day view, both in read-only and standard mode now shows
data in a more compact manner to improve overview for the planner.
- Gantt chart:
- Create and share Gantt charts: It is now possible to create and share Gantt charts. They work similar to saved searches in other modules in that they can be shared to individuals or groups.
- Week view: The calendar portion can now be shown in week view as well, so that each column represents a week
