OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Dynaway BLUE can communicate directly with PLCs using the OPC protocol, and also indirectly via SCADA systems to provide real-time OEE statistics and KPIs. The OEE data can be presented graphically on the Dynaway BLUE client.

The OEE module in Dynaway BLUE offers you the ability to measure actual effectiveness of the production compared with scheduled effectiveness. Any differences will be tracked, including machine uptime and downtime, good and scrapped items produced, and so on.
