Premier Is selects Dynaway BLUE

premier

Premier Is, a Danish producer of ice-cream, has selected Dynaway BLUE. Premiere Is has been in the ice-cream business since 1933 and produce more than 300 different ice-cream items.

A key focus area for Premier Is in their Dynaway BLUE project has been “Overall Equipment Effeciency” (OEE), and as part of that, proper registration of machine-down-time causes.

As a result of valuable input from Premier Is it is now possible to register for instance “The Six Big Losses” through Dynaway BLUE, and thereby get a much deeper and more fine-grained insight into what decreases the efficiency and throughput of the machinery.

Microsoft Convergence 2011 in Atlanta

conv_2011

This is by far the most impressive booth I have ever seen at Convergence!” – A statement that was made numerous times during Convergence about the Dynaway booth. This year we had extended our show to include a new process-industry factory built from 35.000 LEGO bricks and a handful of LEGO Mindstorm robots.

The LEGO factory demonstrated the suitability of Dynaway BLUE as a manufacturing execution client in a process-industries environment.

Overall this year’s Convergence was by far the best Convergence so far for Dynaway, with three times the number of visitors at our booth compared to last year.

And the readiness among the Dynamics AX users for taking on Dynamics AX for manufacturing executing also seemed to have risen significantly. In particular our message about leveraging all the excellent AX production modules on the factory floor through Dynaway BLUE caught attention and was highly appreciated.

Framo selects Dynaway Service Management

Frank_Mohn_500

Framo, the leading supplier of submerged cargo pumps to the world tanker market, selects Dynaway Service Management for Dynamics AX. The solution is implemented by Logica Norway.

When Framo chose Dynaway Service Management, a tight integration in AX was an important factor for choosing a Service Management system. But Framo also needed to bring two worlds together when implementing the Service Management solution, that would help to drive their business forward in providing excellent service to their customers; The technical world of calculating the exact time of service for their range of managed submerged cargo pumps, and the world of an administrative solution for planning, follow-up, invoicing and general customer service.

When providing world-class service on submerged cargo pumps, the main success criteria is solution accuracy. This was all achieved with a combination of their existing platform for pump surveillance and Dynaway Service Managent for Dynamics AX, and the result could only be achieved through a well defined set of requirements in combination with skilled consultants from the main Dynamics AX Partner Logica Norway and Dynaways solution partner THY:DATA from Denmark.

Somas selects Dynaway BLUE

somas_company

Somas have selected and are now live on Dynaway BLUE for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Key to their decision was the simplicity and the "less is more" design of Dynaway BLUE.

This has also proven to be the key to the success in the deployment of Dynaway BLUE with an extremely short and focused implementation. Currently Somas are live on time and attendance and job registration, but they plan to take on other Dynaway BLUE modules, such as Preventive Maintenance and Quality Assurance. The entire implementation at SOMAS has been exemplary, combining the strong Dynamics AX competences at SYSteam, with the Manufacturing Execution competences at Dynaway.

Dynaway exhibited at AXUG Summit 2010 in Orlando

Axug2010

Dynaway presented Dynaway BLUE at AXUG, with a booth in the expo area and with a session with a record number of attendees. The general feedback from the AX users was recognition of the research and the deep domain knowledge that has been put into of the development of Dynaway BLUE, in order to get a client optimized specifically for the blue collar worker.

All the different BLUE modules were presented at the event, including time and attendance, job registration, quality registration, overall equipment effectiveness, equipment maintenance and presentation of work instructions and we at Dynaway received valuable input on how to further improve the various BLUE modules and target even more of the challenges found in both discrete, process and mixed-mode manufacturing.

Dynaway exhibited at Microsoft WPC

wpc_2010

Dynaway exhibited at Microsoft World Partner Conference in Washington – the biggest WPC ever with 14.000 attendees from approximately 130 countries.

As in Atlanta our LEGO Window Factory drew a lot of attention and we had a large number of existing key partners and potential partners passing by our booth. The main focus from Microsoft was on cloud computing – something that will definitely also affect Dynaway's product portfolio and the setting in which our products are used.
