Quoting and Ordering

Each quote must be made to exact user specifications, but at the same time make sure that the constructions are made in accordance with the manufacturer's configuration rules.

Copy/paste

It is possible to use copy and paste when configuring the products. This makes it easy to reuse previously created constructions, and speeds up the process.

Multi line editing

With this function you can get an overview and change the settings for multiple sales order lines at once, for example to change the glass or color of an entire quote or order. This also makes it easy to try out different "what if" scenarios.

With VinCAD you get a quote with a scaled drawing and an exact description of each product, displaying the exact selections made by the customer.

History

Often many quotes are made to the customer and trying out different scenarios. VinCAD provides a full history of all versions, so you can always get back to a previous version.

Calculation

VinCAD automatically calculates the cost and sales price for each product, based on the actual size, configuration, and selections made. VinCAD provides several calculation options for the sales price:

• Standard calculation based on the Bill of materials and the route
• A price table lookup
• A simple markup from the cost price
