Planned Maintenance and Service Request

Any object can be attached to one or more planning sequences, which automatically form the basis of planned maintenance in accordance with a service contract. Planning data are collected in a calendar that provides the basis for executing the work orders.

It is possible to group planned maintenance and service request visits at a customer site, reducing the number of visits to the customer. 

Planned Maintenance for All Industries

The maintenance planning functionality inside Dynaway Asset Service Management is extremely flexible. Planning can be done using several parameters, including:

  • Calendar and dates
  • Operational hours
  • Units produced
  • Counters
  • Weekdays (continuous lubrication, inspection, etc.)
