Job Registration
With Dynaway BLUE the worker can make job registrations using RFID or bar codes. Workers can access production instructions directly from Dynaway BLUE, thereby facilitating a paperless production environment.
Maintenance
Dynaway BLUE can handle equipment breakdown through a browser-based interface, allowing machine operators to create detailed service requests. Preventive maintenance can also be handled by machine operators, ensuring fast and efficient handling of these recurring tasks.
OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Dynaway BLUE can communicate directly with PLCs using the OPC protocol, and also indirectly via SCADA systems to provide real-time OEE statistics and KPIs. The OEE data can be presented graphically on the Dynaway BLUE client.
QA and Automation
With Dynaway BLUE quality assurance can be automated. For example, scrap causes from PLC equipment can be automatically collected as an alternative to manual registration.
WMS
Requesting internal transport from the warehouse to a resource and from a resource back to the warehouse is a breeze with Dynaway BLUE. Internal transport requests correspond to inventory movements between different locations in Microsoft® Dynamics AX®.
