Diagnostics module 

The Diagnostics module for Dynaway BLUE is designed to keep track of your terminals. The module gives you the information needed to take action as soon as possible, if a problem should occur on a terminal. The Diagnostics module is very useful if your terminals are located on several sites, and the network connection between the sites is occasionally down.

 

The Diagnostics module will give you all relevant information about each terminal, which allows you to act in time if something is wrong. You can quickly get an overview of all terminals and see if some are offline.

 

The status screen is automatically updated, and the BLUE terminals send information every time they synchronize. You receive information from the terminals at several stages: Last time a terminal received data from the backend, when the terminal forwards diagnostics information, and in case registrations have not occurred for more than ten minutes.

 

In Dynamics AX, you can set up parameters regarding the fault tolerance. When the threshold is exceeded, the terminal is marked as offline.
