Dynaway and thy:data are now part of the EG Group. And in the future, Dynaway is a subsidiary of EG NeoProcess.

Our strategy and go-to-market model remain unchanged. We will keep selling our products internationally through leading Microsoft partners, and we will continue to operate as an individual company with an unchanged management. As before, we will stick to the principle of keeping an arm's length to our owners.

As part of the agreement, extra development resources will be allocated to allow us to offer even better products to you and your customers. Apart from this, you will not experience any changes.

We will however shortly announce a new addition to our product portfolio as a result of the merger, which will augment the BLUE and EAM products and to an even greater extent provide our partners with a one-stop-shop for Dynamics AX solutions for the factory floor.
